Well Leopard is just the latest version of OS X....
If you look at the link I posted about three or four posts up, it gives you all the details about installing OS X in a VM - Step two gives suggestions of where to download a copy.

feek, havin issues with this setup.
screeny any ideas how i setup the HDD? and will the vm actually use one of my partitions like it would if it were installed onto the PC without the vm? i.e. i installed a vm for server 2003 and it just had a virtual hdd - will it do that? Last edited by Joe 90; 26-04-2008 at 15:34. |

VM need virtual HDDs, they can't see your HDD, so wouldn't be able to partition it.
Getting a 404 on the pic btw... |

Utilities on the menu bar at the top and run the Disk Utility where you can create your partition within the VM.

Hmm, this is from memory..
Highlight the disk, you have a bar in the right panel, something like erase, partition, restore, raid. Select Partition and below that it will show the current setup which will be empty I think. You then have some buttons at the bottom which allow you to add partitions, or to select standard layouts (2 partitions, 3 partitions, etc). Do all that, set a partition, erase it and then close disk manager. It's a bit fiddly at first, took me a while to suss it.
