Huddy Showers - The Return
I must get myself some flip-flops for the gym showers.
I don't know why I haven't up to now. When going to the showers, I normally tip-toe in and out as I can't bare the thought of making contact where other blokes sweety feet have been. #shudders#. It's the main reason I never go swimming if I can help it. Those 'orrible public places. Anyway, today, as I came out of the showers (slightly tip-toed), I slid and slipped into what can only be described as washed aside bum-fluff and hairy particals etc.

I had to suppress the Inner-Huddy at the gym yesterday. I was on the cross-trainer next to a young lady and her program finished a couple of minutes before mine. She went to get some paper towels and started wiping one of the upright handles up and down. I actually opened my mouth to say 'You're very good at that!' but caught myself in time and just started laughing.
I think it pretty much incurred the same effect though!

I was at your gym on tues - after work though for body pump class
Its changed so much!!! The layout is soooo much better with the spin studio downstairs and weight machines upstairs...changing rooms still tiny though, but always miss the women only sauna... meaning you don't needs a swimming cossie Always wear flipflops...got a toe fingy from which I can only think was from the gym. One of the guys at our gym wears flip-flops no matter what he is doing. Well, he did until he lost a toe when he slipped and dropped a weight on his foot. I suspect he'll be more careful in future.
I really should start wearing them in the changing rooms. I think I've been lucky so far, but it's only a matter of time...
