Hahaha
I do try to have breakfast in the mornings as I know it is a crucial meal of the day, sometimes it can be abit difficult, especially when I am running late for work! It does help me feel fuller for longer in the day which is always nice

I can't survive on not having breakfast. IT's what wakes me up in the morning - my stomach trying to digest me. Whether it be at 4am or 11am (who even gets up that late?! ) I *must* have breakfast, or I will be likely to murder someone
