I liked them, they were cheap and reliable.

Gutted about Komplett, All I got was a We have stopped dealing in the UK message which is *****.
I am having some Issues,
I was 1 minute away from making a Purchase of a Mobo & Chip & the payment details all went up the wall. Seems I have to give untold details so they can Spam me to ****.
Yesterday I rang around places & ended up getting the right Hump
In the end this is my first line to them
"Will you tell me the price without me first giving details ? No then **** you Cya
I am such a **** when I get in this Mood
You know what it's like though, You get the wongerr sorted, You research for a zillion years to make sure of the components you want & then when you finally want to make a purchase no **** wants to take your order without a crap load of personal details so they can spam you to bits for a zillion years afterwards
Where's my Sawn off

GIVE ME YOUR ******* MONIES !!!

STAND & DELIVER !!!

Aria I've always found to be pretty good, Scan also tend to have good prices and the service is perfectly fine. OcUK I've used a few times but I wouldn't always go out of my way to use them.

I've give up now & logged into Oc for the M&M section & am keeping my eye out for a deal.
last night I was up for some purchasing if I could get a Saturday drop but once that dead line passed I am in no hurry again, S'pose I just got caught up in that I Must Purchase summit Buzz
I can't find what I want anyway with the money I have so I am best of waiting for a decent 2nd hand deal
The main reason for the thread was to get some good comparisons going, Being honest not having the money for an upgrade has left me out the loop & I have fell behind on current prices/tech/spec etc What the eye don't see sort of thing

So at the mo I am leaving my options open.
In other words don't be afraid to offer me your 2nd hand bits
S'pose it would help if you knew what I wanted

Anyway I can either go Asrock Dual & Core2 or get just a PCI-E mobo & a chip but then I would have to get a GFX card.

Ideally I'd like to get one of those Asrock dual mobos so I can use my AGP card still as it still has Plenty of life left in it. This way I can spend more on the chip as all i would need is the Asrock PCI-E + AGP mobo & all teh rest of the mahoney can go on my chip. I can even get away with using my DDR if i go this way.
I know you are all thinking wtf keep an AGP card but it is a 7800GS+ note the +.
Of course it's a long way off a 8800GTX or summit but Trust me this baby clocks lovely & I still haevn't hit it's ceiling as it's CPU limited. I am thinking a decent Dual core & a high clock on my GFX will keep me going for another 6 months or so until there is more cash about for a bigger step.
That's my thinking anyways.

So Shouting out for an Asrock Dual PCI-E + AGP mobo Cash waiting & a hand job
.

Scan or Micro Direct usually now. Even though I live within a couple of miles of Novatech I won't use them unless I have to. Had too many problems with parts bought there and recently found out that they treat their staff like s**t.
