This one isn't a teaching course it's a course just for ME! It's with the circus in Cardiff.

I bet all of your strength from pole dancing really helped with it.

Kind of. My core strength and leg strength did but your arms are in a different position so working the muscles differently so I need to build up more strength in them keeping it up! My arms strength came into play in the rope and silk climbing as your arms are in the same position as for poling. The huge difference for me is that you have to flex your feet a lot in trapeze whereas it's all pointy toes in pole so I had to keep being reminded not to point!

I think the council will let me keep a trapeze in their hall. Will talk to them later.
