By the time I was in the 3rd year of secondary school I could get them dangling with a snap of my finger & thumb. Just stroll up behind, grip twist & they are out, JD.
The only ones that are dodgey are the ones too small for said doris, They take a bit more brute force but then I've found you can be rougher with the big boobies it's the little'uns you have to be delicate with
