Options are 5/10/20/30/40/80/100, so yes, it is possible.

I'm not sure if you can set those in the Admin CP profiles page. Possibly.

Nope, nothing in there to set that.

edit/ Just changed mine to 5ppp and back to 30ppp without any problems.
