Watched the first episode of Valentine the other night. Utterly cheesy and crap but in an enjoyable, I really shouldn't tell anyone way

Pushing Daises:
Young boy Ned discovers he has the ability to bring dead things back to life. Only problem is after 1 min something else in close proximity must die to restore the natural balance. Other slight flaw being touching the previously dead, now alive thing once again renders it dead once more on a permanent basis. 20 years on young Ned is now all grown up and makes pies (as you do) but a Private Investigator learns about his unique ability and decides to exploit it.... There is a whole lot more to it than that but telling anymore would just ruin it Only thing that seems to be a bit marmite about it is the narrator but I highly recommend grabbing at least the first season (9 eps!) and giving it a go

Does anyone here watch "The Game"?
Season 3 just started, so I thought I'd download one and check it out - it's a black drama based around some US NFL players and their lives. It's unusual to see something that's more often bordering on serious than comedy that's not cheesy from a black show (is there any way to say that without sounding even remotely racist?) and I've really enjoyed the first 2 episodes of season 3, sadly seasons 1 and 2 aren't on DVD here (no real surprise). It features one of the Sister Sister twins and one of the Sweet Valley High twins too, so it's like re-visiting my childhood - the girl from Sister Sister (Tia) is a bloody great actress too, very surprising. I know it won't appeal to most, but I've been pleasantly surprised. |

Average guy working in the buy more shop accidentally gets a load of government secrets downloaded into his brain. He then has 2 agents looking after him and using him to solve problems and find the bad guys. The humour is spot on and the characters likeable. |

Chucks great, was thankful for that recommendation, Morgan the Organ is a classic character, i finished the first season last night.
Great ending to last nights True Blood as well, its a cracking series. Will be starting on season two of Private practice tonight (wife is big fan of greys anatomy and the spin off). |

Anyone watching Knight Rider recognise the voice of K.I.T.T. (without looking on imdb.com)? It's funny that the big tough guy got his start as a voice over and has gone back to it again...
