Default Your Movie Hall of Shame

We all have them, movies that you know are classics, hell, some are revered as the greatest movies of all time, but which classic movies haven't you seen that you know you definitely should have?

There are a couple for me, but the one that always comes back to bite me on the ass is "Stand By Me", the story by Stephen King and classic movie from the 80's featuring River Phoenix.

Now I know there is at least one frequent forum poster here that's definitely one worse than me because they told me last night - which gave me the idea for this thead.

So come on, which classic films are you ashamed to say you've never seen.

For me any of the God father or Rocky movies

EDIT: if anyone saw my previous post, I just wanted to say "Hi I'm Leo and I don't read threads before posting"

I've never seen
  • To Kill a Mockingbird
  • The Graduate
  • Scarface
  • 2001: A Space Odyssey
  • The Breakfast Club

I hear those films referenced quite a lot, whether that makes them classic or not I have no idea

The film I've not seen that Nokkon thinks is shocking is The Shawshank Redemption, no particular reason, just never got round to it.

Watch it, right now I don't care how you get it, but you have to.

I'd not seen it from the beginning till recently myself.

Philadelphia is one I definitely need to see.

Citizen Kane is one that gets repeatedly mentioned when people talk about the best movies of all time, and the only bit I've ever seen is the twist.

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, Chinatown, Gone With The Wind, Casablanca... all films people talk about today that I've just never had the opportunity to see.
