Legal case against God dismissed

A Nebraska State senator, Ernie Chambers, filed a suit to sue 'God'. I wonder what form of remuneration he was expecting!

However, to the reason the case was thrown out he has an excellent answer

And here comes the oft overused quip - only in America. I think it's probably true in this case though.

Surprised he didn't do like in the Billy Connolly movie and try sue his representatives.
