Anyone have the minimum required specs to run it available? I'm just wondering if Tina's laptop will run it. Toshiba Satellite L45-S4687 with a 2.5GB upgrade.

The processor would be upto the job, but it has an Intel graphics chip. I very much doubt it would run well. Do you have C&C3 as that would be a good benchmark to try with it.
If you are a hardcore C&C fan I think you'll be disappointed. I have done 4 or so missions and its aimed at "my first rts" of around 10 years plus. Very dumbed down. I will give it another go tomorrow but its not as good as C&C 3..... now that I enjoyed as the AI was brutal in its attacks. |

Not played it at all since my first post above as I've been so busy but will get back to it. I know what Flib means about it not being as gripping as RA/RA2 - it doesn't seem to have quite the same addictiveness factor as they did.
FWIW it runs like silk at 1920x1200 with 4xAA and all the eye candy on but then I have a GTX280

Played through the soviet missions *Hell - it's Tim Curry for gods sake!*
Don't think I can be bothered to play through the allied or the japan missions.

I grabbed it the other day.
It's ok, I prefer the way CnC3 played, this all seems a little bit 'silly' for my liking. It's still good fun but very easy. Plays well enough at 1680x1050 Ultra High on my 3500+/8800GS machine and you can't really ask much more than that from a performance point of view.

Its nowhere near as good as the first games, it lacks the ability to draw you into the plot. I've seen porn films with more intriguing plots/acting
Its all a bit Tonka Toy for me, I feel a little disappointed considering how much hype there was. I hope Godfather 2 isn't this much of a let down.
