Until now, I didn't think they were?!
Used to hate the gherkin scratch and sniff stickers - there were loads of them and you could never get rid of them!!! BB x |

Don't think so, at least not North London My Mum's never heard of it and never heard my Dad ever mention it.

Well my lot are north/east and Mrs. Feek's are north as well. My mum's been calling them wallys for as long as I can remember.

Asked my parents. They'd heard of it too, but only fairly recently, so they couldn't help with the origin.
