I know of a club in Soho that might help with back pain relief Feek.

Might not be best to mention it to Mrs Feek though.

Sciatica is the lower back, that's what I currently suffer from according to the doctor.

If it doesn't improve then I'll be off to the docs first and see what he says. I really think this is muscular because it's so similar to what I did a few weeks ago when I strained my lower back. Not had a great time with it recently.

I did a quantity of beer instead. Well, I drank it rather than get in a tub full of it

I'm a real man. Mrs. Feek sprayed it on and I kept my teeth gritted.

Bend your knees, don't arch your back. Yes, I've done the manual handling course!

That's what I'm hoping, I expect it'll twinge a bit for a few days more than that but by then I'll be fully mobile again.

Did the alcohol help?

My back problems all went away when I returned to a job which involved physical work and lifting things. Sitting at a desk getting weak is to blame.
