Met my now ex wife online in a yahoo chat room and even though she turned into a nasty piece of work at the end wouldn't have issues with meeting someone irl if i met them again on the net. Although if it happens again prefer them to be part geek or understand the ways of the geek relating to computers

Me and the bloke met on Lj. Then I went out on the lash with a friend and she introduced us but I don't remember anything about it as I was trolleyed. He remembers it though! Then we talked on the internet a bit more, then I met him again and realised I fancied the pants off him.

Met my fiancee through Myspace, oddly neither of us were particularly looking for anyone at the time, just sort of worked out that way. Although I'll admit, I noticed that fine pair of boobies instantly, like most men do..
Love of my life, far smarter than me, as one of my mates put it recently "jammy bastard you really hit the jackpot." Been together about 2 years, get married in Sept this year. Some of my mates have had some very, very mixed experiences when using online dating agencies, thankfully I never had to use them as my workplaces have always been fairly social (schools, dental hospitals, hospitals, etc. so always teachers and nurses!). |
