I just got hold of the recipes from todays inaugural luncheon menu!

This lunch menu sounds amazing!

- Seafood Stew
- Duck Breast with Cherry Chutney
- Herb Roasted Pheasant with Wild Rice Stuffing
- Molasses Whipped Sweet Potatoes
- Winter Vegetables
- Cinnamon Apple Sponge Cake
