Clearly this poor soul has never had to suffer Delta trans Atlantic "Business Class" I use " " as having flown BA scum class I know which one is preferable.

The fundimental proeblem is that no carrier will stand on their own and insist on high standards while their competitors are insisting on **** all! The end result is utter **** throughout BA, Virgin & the US carriers that their customers are getting increasingly increasingly pissed off with but none of them will sort the problem as it will impact o
