Halfmad, may I advise that you invest £15 in a Haynes manual for your voiture... or less if you can get one on Ebay

Won't do any good without somewhere to do repairs. I built 3 minis from shells on my own, I can work on cars without any problem, but at the moment I've no drive way or garage to do them. I'm not stupid enough to try and do it on the street in Glasgow and the nearest mate/relative who I'd want to trouble to use their drive/garage is 55 miles away

In their infinite wisdom, they designed the car in such a way so to change the headlamp bulb you have to completely remove the front bumper. They do use high quality lamps, but logic dictates that some will fail.

Genius, not.
You don't have to do that.

I changed one in the car park for one of the girls in work last summer, you just need the car on full lock. It's very awkward but you definitely don't have to take the bumper off, despite what Renault tell you. I believe you DO have to remove it on the Modus though.

Really?
It can be done with the wheel on full lock?
Cool.

Yes but it's very very tight for access and you will find it a bit frustrating!
