I'm a little puzzled by the first one...? Is that poop? Sick? If it's poop how did it get so high around the front? Does he have a special backwards running bottbott?

edit- did someone poop on him?!!

I think I've seen it debated before - it's a known phenomenon in long-distance runners but I don't think anyone really knows why it happens, although I imagine it's a combination of factors.
