Hmmmmm, wasn't expecting that response.

I emailed the guy I complained to in their customer services team and he said he knew and when he said he thought I'd be pleased with the outcome in his first email that was what he was getting at

This gets weirder and weirder, I just looked at the specs on this machine (I haven't upgraded it at all by the way) and it has 2Gb of RAM, this model was never sold with 2Gb of RAM, only one

Let me get this straight.

Your netbook broke, those purple shirted goons took ages to repair it, they gave you a full refund and stuck an extra gig of memory in there for your troubles?
