Question Setpoint upgrade issues

I use the customisation part of Logitech's Setpoint to force two of the mouse buttons on my MX Revolution to act as shortcut keys in Football Manager 2009. One of the buttons acts as the space key, thus 'advancing' the game. Another button acts as Control + S, thus saving the current game.

I was on Setpoint 4.70 when I noticed that 4.72 was available on the Logitech site. So I downloaded the Vista x64 build and installed. Everything seemed OK initially but now the button shortcuts don't work in FM. I've tried resetting the button actions to default and re-setting the new FM settings but that doesn't work.

So apart from downgrading back to 4.70 and praying that'll work, does anyone have any ideas what I can do to get this working as it should on 4.72?
