Had quite a decent weekend here. Was working Saturday morning which meant getting up much earlier than usual, but thankfully it finished at 12 and I did get a free Easter Egg out of it, so not all bad. Spent most of Saturday relaxing and playing games, then went out to a house party for Lynnie's sisters boyfriend's 30th. Wasn't really expecting much from the night as I only knew about 4 people there, but it turned out to be really good fun, especially when one of the lads brought a Wii and Guitar Hero with him. Cue much trouncing of everyone who had a go against me
Sunday was generally nice and relaxed all day, then went around to see my Dad in the evening with Lynnie, then went the hospital to see my baby nephew before he comes home, and spent an hour or two there, with him asleep on me for about 30 mins, which was lovely. He'll be home today hopefully which just rounds off the weekend nicely

Another good weekend... and still a day left
Friday Night - went out with my previous job colleagues as the girl I joined with was leaving. Played with a bouncing baby, then had pizza, a few desperados and then danced til all came to an end at 2am. Was just three of us at the end in this mini bar/club thingy and despite hating the cattle market scene, it was muchos fun with foo's and such playing and two good mates doing silly dancing I may or may not of called a few people on the way home Saturday - Slightly tired (not hung over! Woo)! Spent most of the day bodging and playing in the garden with doggy, reading my book and playing Fable 2 Picky went away for an engagement party so it was bubble baths, norah jones and candles for me in the evening and a couple of ports Sunday - Spent most of the day in the sun with my bean bag and book. When Picky came home we just snuggled and cloud watched Fell asleep watching ants build a nest thingy Today = Do not much! Every thing is tidy, I'll take doggy for a walk by the river but that's about it *Happy times* |

We'll pop in to visit next time Just trying to get Emma to join BD at the moment ; she's not been on a forum before and I'd like to prep her before the inevitable exposure to the forum terrors of Desmo, Will and Faysh ~~~~ Had a fantastic few days here; Sunday we headed to bath to watch our cousin in the U-15 county rugby cup final (we won!! ) and did a bit of browsing in the city whilst there, we followed this up with a grand roast dinner at Chateau Jin'gopap and a truly relaxing evening of films, drinkypoos and gaming Today we enjoyed a lie-in of talking rubbish until 10am, then popped up to Bristol to scout out any bargains; we've bought ourselves 2 leather sofas for the lounge (at last- no uncomfortable borrowed conservatory furniture!!) and I've nabbed myself a cheapy new wooden computer desk We're going to share a nacho platter lunch of nachos (duh), guacamole, fresh cut red chilli, tomato salsa, sour creme and garlic creme dips- SMOTHERED IN CHEESE! and have a 'BBQ' at Emma's rents tonight I feel happy

We spent Friday night and most of Saturday clearing out my nans house in Cheshire. She's too old to live on her own now and is moving down here in to a home so we had to pack up loads of her stuff and haul it back.
Yesterday was a fairly quiet day of shopping for food, fish stuff and general relaxing. Today we're off out on the bikes, cycling to a mates house for a BBQ

Friday night, I was out at a friend's house till about 3am playing Guitar Hero so that was a good laugh.
Saturday was a bit of a lazy day because of that, although had work in the evening. Yesterday was a bit of shopping and then more work which was tiring as it was packed last night. Feet were aching like mad by the end of the shift! Still guess it was exercise! Today I'm working in the evening again but hopefully be playing some Rock Band later on, although also got food shopping and housework to do first. Mondays tend to be late ones at work as there's lots to do after the weekend so probably won't be out till 11 :/
