Can you not use dropbox? www.getdropbox.com

There's a client for Doze, Mac and Linux and you've got 2GB to play with. If you all set up accounts, you can all "share" the folder with the documents in. It even keeps old revisions of files so if somebody cocks one up you can grab an older version. As you save a file on your machine, it's uploaded to the server and then updated on everybody elses machine. There's also a web interface so you can access the files wherever you are.

I use dropbox so I can work on files from home and also share some work files with my bro. It works a treat

Dropbox is awesome, I use it between my desktop and my laptop.
