God I'm crap at this selling malarky!!

2 people want to pay deposits today! One cant pay in full until the end of the month, the other can pay when they see it and will be travelling from Wales on a train to see it so they can drive home. They sound dead nice and were panicking when I said someone else was seeing it, trying to book days off work etc. Anyway, they're coming Wednesday and know the price I'm asking is what I'll accept, I'm not taking a deposit....dodgy ground I reckon.
I've told everyone it's priced to sell and I wont take offers. Luckily it passed it's MOT this morning!

I use that Term.

Be Strong & tell them You Love the car & it's only financial reasons you are selling it not because there is something wrong with it, You Know the car is Sound & the M.O.T. pass proves that. If you can't get asking then you are keepng it & selling one of your Horses or summit (Lies of course

) But No way are you selling it any cheaper as like you say you have priced it to sell & know it is Sound, Don't use the word Perfect Always use the word Sound.

I've had so many queries I'm really not worried now...it'll sell. MtE just berated me for selling it too cheaply!

Bare this in mind.
From a Buyers point of view I don't want the seller to come down in price as that indicates the motor has issues,

When the Seller stands firm & is almost stroppy about his price I am confident that I am buying a Decent motor.
Of course I like a bargain but only when I have spotted the faults & know in my own mind why the person is selling & can repair/put right the faults within my budget etc
Like everything it depends how you look at it.
