Um, right I'm trying to get my password reset, but I can't do it - because don't understand the answer to the question that has to be answered. I have put both options for numbers (written and numeric); but the forums aren't accepting it.

No, just tried again - both possibilities of answers were entered, and it keeps replying that I've answered it incorrectly

Yes it is, I can imagine upto 4 different replies (6 if you include capitalisation) and have tried them all lol!
