Saving Windows Media streams

Anyone know of a way? Not going to do anything dodgy here - public streams and just want to save them for timeshifting as I'm going to be at work during the stuff I want to watch.

I have used a proggy called Hi Download in the past, might have the exe for it floating about somewhere. Think it only did audio though.
