Major news outlets were reporting he'd been rushed to hospital, it's all over twitter that he's apparently died:

He was taken to hospital, not breathing and given CPR. Also reports he was in a deep coma.
LA Times has also just said he has died. |

LA Times and NY Times both say he's in a Coma.
X17, TMZ, Radar and OK! all say he's died .Edit: LA times have also said he's died .
