what's really in our food?
Anyone else watching this. Missed the start. But it seems interesting so far. Nearly none of the "premium" products that say farm willo or loch xyz. Are just trade names and don't actual exist.

I don't see there point about birdseyes great British menu. Menu means food/recipe not ingredients.

the most shocking one is meat which is filled with water can actually contain other meat as a stabiliser. I assume they just used chemicals.
So chicken breasts with pork and beef protein in it. God that is so wrong. That should be on the box.
