Yum!! Nicely cooked tuna. I nearly did a basil hollandaise with our steak on Saturday, but bought some incredible mushrooms from the farmers market and had to make a creamy mushroom sauce instead

I accidently made enough butternut squash and wild mushroom risotto to feed an army last night, was so intent on cooking it right i forgot i was meant to be cutting a 4 person recipe down to just feed one! Now I have a bucket of the stuff! So have invited some friends round tonight to help demolish it!!

But my god it does taste good
