Default Interesting Japanese Fact.....maybe

There is no word in the Japanese language for a womans "southern bits" it's simply called the "down by here" (literal translation)

There are 2 rude words for it in Japanese, but I won't type them here.....Piggymon knows one of them!

For a guys thing, the polite way of calling it is "chin chin" which always makes me laugh!!

That is interesting. I suppose though they still have the medical term for it (i.e. Vag) no?

That's what surprised me the most, they don't. Although they do use the word "Bajina" which is loaned from the English Vagina!!!

lol!!! this is what we get up to on an average day in a Japanese office!!! very productive!

edit:
After further discussions with the office ladies (They're pretty open about this.....and.....shockingly.....like talking about it) there is indeed a very very very old Japanese medical term, it's "Chitsu"

Yes it's strange a lot of Japanese people I've met have gone on about how formal everything is there, and how there's a certain code of conduct etc.... but at the same time it seems there's a lot of very open sexual revolutionary style of behaviour - it's rather fascinating - but kinda cool! I do like it when women are a bit more candid about that sort of stuff, prudes worry me!
