Scary idea and one I'll have to run a mile from, but at least I hope the owners are taking good care of the dogs and it isn't doing them harm, so I can think of far worse things that could happen.

There's a certain part of me that begrudgingly respects the effort that has been put into doing that but a much bigger part of me thinks it simply shouldn't be done - it's a pet not an accessory to dress up.
