For the Robert Jordan Wheel of Times fans good news
We all know that Robert Jordan passed away in 2007 and the series was left unfinished with notes left to enable another author to complete the series. So while i was looking at Amazon today looking for bargains for the other books in the series i spotted the last book is now finished
Amazon are now taking pre-orders for the book which is released in October so not long until the Wheel of Time saga is properly completed.

I think I'm going to get myself an early Christmas present!! Been waiting a long time for this. Hopefully Robert's family did a good job with finishing it. I know it must have been hard for them, having to read through all his notes knowing that was his life's work they were trying to recreate...

Even better news hadn't realised but there will be a further 2 books in the Wheel of time series These are listed for release by Tor Books in 2010 and 2011, as seems the amount of notes etc left behind was more than one final book could cover at once. So they took the decision to split it into 3 further books and release it in more managable chunks so even more Wheel of Time goodness to look forward to.

Awesome. I'm about 2/3rds of the way through the second book on audiobook (my companion for commute and gym), and really loving it. So well written
