Silly dog! Just a little to the right and that cat might not have been quite so smug.

Don't worry about it. Most cats have at least 2 'homes' where they pop round for food and a chat. I think my Aslan has suckered a little old lady into thinking he's a stray as he's putting on weight and constantly coming home smelling of fresh fish. He's landed!

Let it in if you want its company but it won't worry if you don't let it in, it'll eventually just go home. Cheeky monkey.

Ah good, having never had a cat in my life I have no idea about them. It turned up again this morning and I'm hoping it's getting the message that it's not coming in again.

I think this video is entirely appropriate and timely.

It'll turn up every morning, outside every house you ever own, for the rest of your life.

Cats are sneaky and if it thinks it can have two owners, two bowls of food and two lots of fuss a day it will, I wouldn't encourage a co ownership situation but there's nothing wrong with giving it a fuss outside of your house, letting it inside will lead to a time when it sneaks in and gets shut in all day which is not advisable.

Anyone else read six dinner Sid?

Great kids book about a cat who lived at 6 different addresses, who was having a fine time until he got sick and taken to the vet 6 times, at which point the vet (and then his "owners") figured it all out

I'll say hello to it when I'm having a smoke outside, but I'm refusing to let it in the house now, it still sits outside staring in whenever I'm home which was annoying last night as I burnt my food so had to have the window and patio doors open to let the smoke out, the cheeky bugger kept trying to get in.

Gonna see about getting some cat repellent spray to see if that works.
