Unlimited WiFi?

Can't you use the wifi on any phone as much as you want, especially if it's on your own connection?

It means unlimited WiFi from BT Openzone and The Cloud. The latter only applies if you're on O2 customer.

I'm very glad that I got an iPhone. Should you get one? Like Fartmo said, it'll depend on what you use it for but if you can get it for an overall price you're happy when then I'd say go for it. If you don't use some of the shiny stuff then it won't have cost you anything

Yeah i'd say possibly look at android (HTC Hero on t-mobile being an example) for shiny new smartphone-ness and cheaper over a whole contract than an iPhone in most cases

Remember to take into account contract length, phone cost, inclusive stuff, features etc... after all that i don't think an iPhone could ever compete in price, or not at least the last time i chekced

Having said all that, the iPhone is still a nice phone, i just can't justify the price in my mind. Millions of other people clearly can though so that says other things

I was very reluctant to get one myself, but I succumbed and got mine a few days ago, and love it!!!
But as I am still contracted to VF at the moment, I went PAYG and got the 3GS 16gb
Once my contract is up I will look at which way to go with it

I doubt I would use it as an ipod though as I have one already.

Not purchased any apps yet, but there really is an app for everything!
What would iPhone people recommend as good apps, cos the app store is HUGE
