Tried it last night. Big peak at 1am just before I dropped off, then practically flatline until the alarm! Makes sense - the last month or so I've found it so hard to wake up in the mornings. Need to start going to bed earlier...

I was semi-awake about 25 minutes before alarm time today and clobbered the phone, which is a sure way to set it off. Far too early, so I buried it under a pillow for 15 minutes. |
