Missing punctuation can give a sentence a completely different meaning

Last nights:
Actually managed to drop off to sleep really quite quickly, but it wasn't so clever a little later on sadly. |

You need to go to bed earlier!
My first two nights sleep using the app. I was in a really deep sleep when it went off this morning. Last edited by Wyrdo; 03-02-2010 at 10:25. |

90 minutes should be the optimum since (on average) a sleep cycle is about 90 mins, working out roughly when you go to sleep to when you want to be woken (by alarm or whatever) if you make it divisible by 90mins it works out fairly well

Bloody hell, you had a deep sleep all night! It's woken you up at the best possible time closest to your alarm, sadly you were in a deep sleep at the time. You actually slept TOO well .

You see I'm not convinced about this... have a look hear at last night's graph. Now apparently I was in deep sleep straight away. Also I got out of bed at 207am for a pee. Then I was up at 414am for some water. From 5am onwards I was reading in bed.
I think this just proves I don't move much in bed. However when I do sleep and not suffering from insomnia, WW3 could be going on outside and I wouldn't hear it. I had close to 5hrs sleep which doesnt' correspond to the above.

Not so good today, I'd set the audio switch on the iPhone to 'mute' so that I wouldn't get woken by my usual midnight emails and although their website shows that the alarm works fine when the phone is muted I was awake intermittently from 03:00 onwards sort of waiting for the alarm to sound. I shouldn't have been because I'm still setting my existing alarm anyway.

Well I set mine up last night and went to sleep. Woke up this morning to find my iPhone showing BD in Safari
Still, I don't think this thing really works on our bed. It's too easy to set off, even if you just move your feet.
