The rain hitting the windows is what woke me up this morning

Shed loads here (Paul's) which isn't good as I have to drive home tonight, Eeeek! Apparently there will be heavy snow at home tomorrow and Tuesday. Bah

It had forecast heavy snow overnight and that's exactly what we got. My league race has been cancelled today and my trail shoes got so muddy on yesterdays run that they're still drying so I can't go out running at all today. Boooooooooooooooo!!!

Ditto. I am now convinced that they honestly have no clue on the weather. Ever since Thursday it has been changing from -8c in Manc and heavy snow -> to light cloud. Even last night it was saying it would be clear. Now there are two different sites saying snow mon/tue/weds and another is saying clear.

Trouble is down my road it will stay as ice for another week

Light Rain shower, Heavy Rain, Heavy Rain, Heavy Rain, Light Rain. Do you see a pattern yet?

Still, at least it's not snow/ice. Touch wood it stays that way.

Going to make for some interesting times Tuesday/Wednesday. Both days I have early-ish appointments. I think I might be getting wet!

Well so much for that. It's snowing outside. Lots. Trying to settle too but not doing very well at it.

It wasn't snowing when I went to grab a drink at 3am but it sure as hell was at 7am when I woke up. It's still going and there's about 3" on the ground.

It was the same yesterday though and that was pretty much all gone by mid afternoon.
