Finally got round to watching
Watchmen It's been a long time since I read the graphic novel, and I think I'm going to have to read it again to compare and contrast but on the whole I thought it was fairly awesome. Loved the fight scenes but I'll never be able to look at a chip fryer, meat cleaver or angle grinder the same way again. Dr Manhattens johnson!! 8.5/10

It's been "Q" at work
Gran Torino Clint Eastwood as a grumpy and gruff Korean veteran living next door to a Hmong family. Overcoming his prejudices he befriends the son who has lost his way and was about to fall in with local gangbangers. I want to be like Walt Kowalski when I grow up. 9/10

Mubs/Kitten... do you think its not worth seeing Alice in 3d if having to travel to see it in 3d?
We will have to travel to oxford to see it and just wondering whether we might as well just see it on the normal screen? Really can't wait to see it, I also love Tim Burton films so I am sure I will love it!! |

It's nice in 3D for sure, but really it's good enough on it's own merit to see without the 3D I think

Wouldn't say Alice and Wonderland is worth travelling to see in 3D. It's good but I don't really think the 3D added much to it.

Saw Sherlock Holmes last night. Loved it. Could see elements of Guy Ritchie but not as 'typey' as his other films. Enjoyed it lots.

I could watch that again & again. RDJ just gets hotter the older he.. er.. gets
I'd agree with the girls, while It's great in 3D i'm sure it will be fab in 2D too. I always try to see 3d in 3d to get the whole experience but Im sure you'd love it anyway if it's a pita to get to.
