Not sure but I saw one in our local Sainsburys for £134 the other day. Was either a white one with the new Wii Sports thing whatever it is or a straight forward Black package.

Yeah ~£130 new is a good standard deal, cheaper than that and you're doing good, probably look second hand a few places lots of people own them and don't do anything with them so might be getting rid of them on the cheap. A lot of people don't know but theres a LOT you can do with a wii

DVD playback, samba video streaming of almost any (non HD) format, USB loading games (all downloaded gam ISO's on one disk and loading them on the wii from the USB slot no need to ever use the drive again). Looooooads of other homebrew stuff All for FREE!

I only use my Wii for free games, media and party guitar hero etc... I've only paid for the peripherals But i can see the draw of an xbox for actual gamers...

Aye, was going to ask the same. Our Wii hardly gets turned on these days so it might be a little pick me up for it

How come most of you seem bored with it?

Is it not good for socialising on? few beers and some multi player fun games. That's what I'm planning it for.

Will have to pop into sainsburys saying sold out on their website.

It's great for that social aspect, but to be honest we don't often have loads of people over so it's still rarely used. You have to remember that most of us have 360's and PS3's as well which is always the first thing I'll chuck on if I'm gaming. Mind you, with the softmod available I'll be having a play again
