I managed to get to a 13:45 showing too, which was brilliant as all the kids were still in school. There were about 12 people total in the screen, was awesome
The film really is very good, the start I liked a lot and they handled the changeover of Rhodes' actor just right I think. I really want Iron Man 3 now, it better happen!

Apparently there is a post credits part to the film, I didn't see it but a head ups for those of you going in the future.

I think only half a dozen people got up when the credits started rolling; everyone else stayed and waited We missed the post-credit bit for the first film so had learnt our lesson.

Race To witch Mountain
Watched it round the parents last night, cheesy as all hell but an enjoyable way to lose 1 1/2 hours and it was a quick 1 1/2 hours, time seemed to fly. It helps that I like The Rock as an actor as he's like Jason Statham, you know exactly the kind of film you'll be getting. Need to get hold of the originals for nostalgia purposes now. 8/10 The Fourth Kind Was hoping for a scary film about alien abductions, turned it off after 5 minutes as I didn't realise it was slightly based on a true story and was intersped with actual recordings and footage. 1/10 Daybreakers Vampire film with Ethan Hawke where the vampires are in the majority and have Human Farms where the humans are bled dry to feed the vampires. Not sure if I really liked it or not or just liked the idea behind the film, it was a great concept but I don't think they managed to pull it off that well. 5/10 Legion Paul Bettany as the Archangel Michael who is trying to save an unborn child. Was quite freaky in places and a different twist on survival horror. I did like: Spoiler Alert! - Highlight below to read! the fact it was angels that were possessing people to kill everyone, I always wondered who thought that angels should be all nice and happy considering God was known for his wroth. End Spoiler Alert! Just in case someone hadn't seen it. I did note that there is a possibility for a sequel though. 7/10 |

In preparation for IM2, I have the soundtrack in the car. It's awesome.
