I take it your diet is very low carbs Piggy ?

I have tried cutting down on them but I get so hungry when I do often having the undesired effect.

Suprisingly not too low!

Carb wise I have 20gs oats for breakfast, 1 ryvita mid morning, 20gs rice lunch, 1x oatcake( if I'm training that evening) and 20g rice/pasta/2 small new pots for evening meal.

The rest is made up with protein and fruit/veg.

Most other people I know doing a competition diet are tired and snappy...not me! I'm bouncing with energy and still a happy bunny
