I've just weighed it up and I don't think I need a new one, so probably won't bother. I'll wait out my 5 months & upgrade near Christmas (...only 6 months or so away

I suspect not, though the devs have had access to images for a while. They'll probably wait at least until the iPhone4 is in people's hands.

I'm wondering whether to give up my jailbreak and go for it. Besides SBSettings and five icon dock, there's very little I'd lose.

I did a quick google and it looks like theres a JB for the 3Gs already.
