Will certainly have a look at it but I'm yet to be convinced of the format. The current version seemed to have an incredibly busy interface and I'll need convincing that two inches will help.

I have the works one as I will need it for a trade show next week and as I'm stuck on a 3 hour journey from London to Cambridge I decided to get it set up. I think I would have been more popular waving my dick around whilst singing the Oxford Boat race song.

When they were first announced, I was full of scorn. I assumed it was another overpriced shiny toy for the Apple fanbois to waste their money on and laughed at their gullibility. Then I had a try of my sister-in-law's one and two days later I was standing in the Apple store with my debit card in hand trying desperately to attract the attention of one of the staff - like a child in a sweet shop desperate for a Sherbet Dip Dab.

It is a smashing gadget. I can't get over how much I like it - I feel dirty

Just re-read this and decided to point out that it is only the first from Dell. Several others were already available (Archos have sold one for over a year, for example).

A lot of decent android tablets, Archos haven't got a clue nowdays... Samsungs offering today looks more like it If its a big version of their galaxy they've got a MASSIVE hit on their hands, as i can tell you the galaxy S is something special phone wise

You're right its probably the same factory the ipad is made in (everything electronic is made over there), just without the apple sticker and price tag?
