Judging by what I saw in the mirror this morning, I'm still anorexic.

I weighed in on my last gym visit before my time off and I'll weigh back in on 4th January to see what the damage is. I'm expecting minimum of 5lbs back on, prob more.

And the outcome was ... 4lb so better than I was expecting

I've lost over a stone over the last few months.. Trying to trim right down to take the weight off my knees. However, a few pounds went on over Christmas.. i'm not a fan of Chocolate which helps.. but a sucker for nuts.. Peanuts that is

I weigh 2lbs less than mid-December but have gained a softer appearance (certainly around the waistline)- I'm not fussed, just a little more to cuddle. Hell, I'm sure my clothes enjoy the attention opposed to limply hanging onto their previous owner.

I'll know tonight after weigh in. I can't imagine stiing around in a hot tub drinking at least 2 bottles of wine every day for a week has lost me any weight though....
