Yup, they pee me off too. Thank goodness we have never had any reason or need to have any involvement with them personally!

I promise though that when I graduate from uni and take my first job as a fully fledged social worker, I will be a good one

People that put on their sick notes: Off for 1 day - Reason Flu.

Biscuits that break into three when I wanted two halves to dip in my tea.

People complaining about my daughter having a facebook account which they know she can only access supervised, and it is totally locked down so no-one I do not approve of seeing it can see who let their kids run around our street with their genitals on show, and let them play in the woods behind our houses which back on to the bypass!

Grrrr! I really upset that friend earlier, she asked for it, she threw the bait, I bit back and she didn't like it!

Seriously, stop mistaking a very serious, very debilitating condition for something that has virtually no impact on your life except for the 2 seconds when you're putting the radio on.

Oh and saying 'I'm a bit OCD' makes NO SENSE! What? You're a bit obsessive compulsive disorder? REALLY? You're a bit illiterate, I think.

Annoys me a bit too. Not just OCD, but trivialising all debilitating problems. I have a habit of getting into the car and then not being able to remember locking the front door to the house, so I have to get out and check. I told someone this the other day and they were like "Ohh, a bit OCD are we??". What? No. I just lock the door on autopilot and can't remember if I've done it or not. as far as OCD goes, it's not even the same game!

and on a similar note:

"I'm depressed" when you actually mean "I'm having a bad day / feeling a bit upset or down".

Having experienced Major and Manic Depressive Disorders on a first hand basis (albeit not personally), I really dislike it when others make such trivialisations!

On a similar line as the last few, people who say "I'm freezing/frozen." Um no you're not, if you were actually freezing/frozen you wouldnt be able to talk.
