I know - it should be factored in to the progress bar!

Online box offices type things for shows... they lie. They lie about seats and availability. Then when you click to buy, you can't. You try another site... same thing. Then, you go back to it thinking you made a mistake... but not only are DIFFERENT seats available, and they lure you in only to be left disappointed, because you can't have that seat because it's an odd number, on an even numbered day, of a leap year or something ridiculous like that....

Answer? Ring them and deal with a human... only to be told that it's normal and it's always advisable to ring them directly... what's the point in having an online booking system then?!

Maybe I'm just a Luddite and deal better with people on the phone? Ultimately I got what I want for for a better price.

You can throw booking fees/admin fees/credit card transaction fees into that as well.

You want two £21 tickets sir? That'll be £48.50.

Same for ANYONE who charges me an 'admin' or 'booking' fee for tickets that I order online, pay for online (transaction fee approx 0.20p if not exempt) and ****ing well print out myself!! GRRRR. Theatres are particularly bad for this - the last one I realised my booking fee was almost £15 in total yet I booked, paid via paypal and printed the tickets out. Why £7.50?

I am so desperate to say 'except of course, for Christians'.

But I think you might hunt me down and kill me

Has anyone else noticed a propensity, certainly on BBC3, for announcers to say 'Next, program Y' and you think 'Hang on, I've missed program X then...'. They then say 'Now, program X'. Since when has the program that's about to start not been the 'next' program? Madness.
