The woman in the phone shop sending it off for repair and noting 'Screen has scratch'. No, the screen is not scratched, the screen protector has a mark on it. If you are going to inspect phnoes before sending them off at least check them properly!! She then made a handwritten note on the receipt..... wouldn't it be better to put it on the electronic system? Still, (not that I am paranoid or anything) I had already taken pictures of it before I took it in.

Photocopiers that lose their settings randomly and need prompted - I wouldn't mind so much if it was every time but it's about 2/3 of the time so you can't even get into a routine of pressing the right sequence of buttons to get round that either. The really stupid thing is it autosenses the paper size yet every so often it wants you to hold its hand and prompt it to use the correct paper size - poxy thing.

The workmen sorting out my road. Yes they're filling in all the potholes, but now the road is covered with all these ugly black patches, and it looks frigging 'oribble!
