I used to run at 8.5 and 10 was a sprint.. Now I run outside and it's all irreverent cos my legs decide how fast they want to go :-)

Outside ftw
Ordered a Garmin 305 yesterday. Wanna make sure I'm training correctly in relation to my heart rate. Got 30 mins of hills tomorrow, and I live at the bottom of a big hill. It's a chore walking up it let alone running. I'm expect I'll die

Long time no see, folks
I got lost in France yesterday and ran 11 miles in scorchio 30+ degree heat instead of the 5k I'd planned Didn't take the camera unfortunately, so I can't update my 'post your running route photos thread', and it was quite picturesque with canals, locks, woodland paths, livestock and traditional French country houses

Bloody glad I took water with me
It's unbearable when you set out but once you start sweating you keep cool as long as you maintain pace. If you stop for any reason at all, like to get a stone out your shoe, you literally boil up. I found it quite interesting. Left nipple is a bit raw though

Nipguards ftw. A little odd as you have frankennipples but they do a great job.
