why do you need to know my marital status?.That's all Miss or Mrs indicates & tbh it's not your business unless I choose to share it with you. Too many assumptions attached to both (where of course, none for Mr). Happily been Ms for years.

It's nothing to do with knowing if she's married or not, it's just one of those stupid things that I tend to associate with hoity toity girl power extreme feminist emasculating type of statement - one is purposely making a point of being "Ms"...

AS I said, you don't have to justify it to me, it's totally irrational - ergo no offence should be taken by it.

I can't really explain why it bugs me although I've given it a go - so there you go!

The 'you' wasnt you as in Will ~ I just meant anyone who sees my title. Wasnt a go at you at all, you're completely entitled to your opinion...but...

Maybe because you aren't female you don't have or see the associations with it. Tbh, I don't really care, I get called all 3 and it doesn't really matter & I trend not correct because I see how people's perceptions change in front of me if I do (they think I'm just being awkward) but I think some people use it as a big thing which is why it gets people's backs up.

With me, Mrs was too painful post divorce because I was neither Miss nor Mrs, & I preferred Ms (which of course singled me out as a man~ hating bitch or a lesbian) but really I don't think it should reflect marital status at all, and to many it still does. Too many labels for women, whatever they call themselves.

Driving my car.

Since getting my Chopper in April it's got more & more hateful driving a car as I can't stand sitting in traffic. On my bikes nothing stops me apart from red lights & even then I get to nick pole position. I'm ok in the car if I have to do a specific car thing like pick summit up but anything else I'll pull a bike out.
