NPT council are a joke. All last year I had a "we will take you to court if you don't pay us the £0.00 arrears you owe" All because I paid it in one lump sum at the start of the year

Its now March and as yet, I still haven't had a breakdown of this years costs etc despite asking four times, twice via e-mail and twice via recorded delivery

Had our letter, police up, parish up a little bit. Overall up 0.6% can't complain too much I guess.

Up 1.8% it seems. Our rented band C 1 bedroom flat (har har property Edinburgh

) costs £1388.95 in total this year and was around £1360 last year which works out correct I guess...
