Blocking people on FB that just post negative self pittying posts. Sure, we all have **** days and that's fine, but 100 updates a day moaning about every tiny thing, and woe is me, is just a bore. If you want attention and help, ask for it directly, stop seeking attention!

Anyway, it's rational because my news feed is now full of happy updates!

I want a like button too! I did the same recently and my FB is a MUCH nicer place

I have tonnes of sympathy & support for people who are feeling down and miserable, but there are some who seem to thrive on misery & attention seeking & never comment on the GOOD things that happen/do nothing to help themselves. It gets boring after a while & ends up making me angry and miserable.

I'm on about people who do nothing but moan, even when you know good things are happening, you never hear about them. If you offer advice, they basically ignore it because they don't want help, they want to moan/attention.

Anyway, rational things to delight - the sun is out, and the dog is cooking himself in the garden, I might go rub him in a minute as he gets all shiny and warm.

Marie, round 2 deffo, I don't have a shower though so will have to be behind your car again
